I am unable to login to the file server.

If the file server (HDE Controller) is not shown on the network, please refer to the previous inquiry "I am unable to detect any existing work groups or domain when detecting network". If you have been denied access to the file server even when the file server appears on your network list, please go to [Firewall] ? [Packet Filter Status] and temporally disable iptables.

If you are unable to obtain certification on a Windows machine, it might be possible that the demanding user does not exist on the server or the client. In that case, please go to [Account] ? [Add User] and add a new user using the same user name/password that has been preset on the client.
